- Maintaining recalls and reminders

- Health assessments and care plans as needed
- Accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Patient education, preventative health advice, and lifestyle support
- Maintaining infection control and safety standards
- Participating in Quality Improvement (QIP) activities
- At least 12 months’ experience in general practice
- Current AHPRA registration (RN Division 1 or EN Division 2 with medication endorsement)
- Current CPR certificate
- Reliable, compassionate, and able to work independently
- Great time management and communication skills
- A team player who can take direction
- A commitment to ongoing learning and development

Desired Criteria

- Experience using Best Practice software
- Immunisation endorsement (or willingness to obtain)

What we offer

- Competitive pay based on experience and qualifications
- A supportive, friendly, and well-organised workplace
- Outstanding work-life balance - no weekends or public holidays (weekday hours only, 8am-5pm)
- Ongoing training and professional development

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a practice that genuinely values its staff and patients. If you’re looking for a role where you’ll feel supported, appreciated, and part of a great team, we’d love to hear from you.
