As we continue to grow, we are looking for a motivated Field Technician to join our Queensland Technical Team based in Coopers Plains.

About the role:

Reporting to the QLD Technical Manager, you will be responsible for providing technical support to customers, Sales Teams and Branch Teams across Queensland.

This is a varied, hands-on role where no two days are the same. You'll spend time on customer sites conducting inspections and troubleshooting product applications, while also working closely with our sales and branch teams to provide practical technical advice and support.

You will become a trusted technical expert for both our customers and our internal teams, helping to resolve problems, build product knowledge and contribute to successful project outcomes.

The key responsibilities of the role include, but are definitely not limited to:

Conducting site inspections, technical investigations and product troubleshooting.

Providing practical technical advice and product recommendations.

Preparing detailed site inspection reports and technical recommendations.

Assisting customers with product selection, application advice and system recommendations.

Supporting contractors throughout the installation process.

Providing technical support to Sales and Branch Teams on customer projects.

Delivering product demonstrations and practical technical training.

Building strong relationships with customers,



contractors and industry stakeholders.

Attending trade shows, supplier events and industry functions as required.

Monitoring market activity and providing technical feedback to support continuous improvement.

Maintaining accurate technical records and reporting through company systems.

About you:

You are a practical problem solver who enjoys working with people and finding solutions.

You have a genuine interest in construction products and enjoy being out on customer sites, diagnosing issues and helping customers achieve the best outcome. You communicate confidently, build strong relationships and are comfortable working independently while collaborating closely with your team.

You will bring:

Experience in technical support, construction products or a related industry.

Knowledge of waterproofing, flooring or construction systems (highly regarded).

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

The ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues on site.

Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Good organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.

Sound computer skills, including Microsoft Office.

A current unrestricted driver's licence.

The ability to travel regularly throughout Queensland.
