As a Property Manager at Ray White Canberra, you will be at the forefront of maintaining and enhancing the value of properties, making a meaningful impact on both the properties and the lives of those connected to them. Your responsibilities will include fostering strong, long‑term relationships with landlords, tenants, and suppliers, efficiently coordinating maintenance and repairs, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Your Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and suppliers.
- Address and coordinate repairs and maintenance requests.
- Conduct ingoing and outgoing property inspections.
- Perform routine inspections to ensure properties are well‑maintained.
- Manage arrears efficiently.
- Handle lease sign‑ups with precision.
- Utilise our property management software, including Ailo.

Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm
