Working closely with Procurement, Finance and operational leaders, you will analyse supplier pricing, rebates, category spend and tender outcomes to support stronger commercial decisions.

The role will suit an experienced analyst from an FMCG, food, grocery, retail, hospitality, catering or manufacturing environment who understands how purchasing volumes, supplier terms and pricing structures affect the true cost to a business.

Advanced Power Query capability is essential. You will be expected to work independently and contribute from the outset.

What you will be responsible for:

- Analyse supplier pricing, rebates, volume thresholds and net purchasing costs
- Support procurement tenders, supplier reviews and commercial negotiations
- Compare supplier submissions and identify the strongest commercial outcome
- Review category spend, purchasing trends and supplier performance
- Build financial models to support sourcing and procurement decisions
- Use Power Query, Power BI and Excel to transform large data sets
- Present clear commercial recommendations to Procurement, Finance and operational stakeholders

You will ideally bring:

- Experience within FMCG, food, grocery, retail, hospitality, catering or manufacturing
- Commercial analysis experience across procurement, pricing, category or supply chain
- Advanced, hands-on Power Query capability
- Strong Power BI, Power Pivot and Excel skills
- Experience with supplier rebates, pricing structures, trading terms or volume incentives
- Exposure to tenders, supplier comparisons or sourcing decisions
- Strong financial modelling and stakeholder management capability

CA or CPA qualifications will be well regarded but are not essential where there is strong, relevant commercial experience.
