The Role

As our Team Leader,



you'll lead a two-person crew, ensuring every property is maintained to the high standards our clients expect.

You'll be responsible for:

- Leading and mentoring your team each day.
- Planning daily jobs and delegating tasks efficiently.
- Operating a company vehicle and maintaining equipment.
- Mowing, edging, hedging, pruning, weed control and general garden maintenance.
- Ensuring every site is presented to an exceptional standard.
- Building positive relationships with clients.
- Working safely, efficiently and leading by example.

About You

We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work and enjoys leading others.

You'll ideally have:

- At least 2 years' experience in garden maintenance or landscaping.
- Previous experience leading or supervising a team.
- The ability to organise jobs and motivate others.
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Pride in delivering quality workmanship.
- Great communication and customer service skills.
- A current driver's licence.
- Reliability, honesty, and accountability.
