Aquest Group is a national provider of plumbing, roofing, civil and maintenance services, delivering work for some of Australia's largest property owners and facility managers.

We're looking for an organised, proactive Invoicing Coordinator to take ownership of our invoicing function and help ensure work completed by our operational teams is invoiced accurately and on time.

This isn't a basic data entry role. You'll work closely with our Operations Managers, Project Managers and technicians to keep jobs moving, solve problems and ensure our clients receive accurate invoices backed by the correct documentation.

What you'll be doing

- Prepare and issue customer invoices

- Review completed jobs to ensure all labour, materials, purchase orders and supporting documentation are accurate.

- Follow up technicians and project managers for missing information.

- Process client portal invoicing and upload supporting documents.

- Assist with progress claims, variations and project invoicing.

- Resolve invoice queries and work with clients to achieve prompt payment.

- Monitor invoicing performance and identify opportunities to improve processes.

- Work closely with our Accounts team to support Accounts Receivable where required.





- Help maintain accurate customer pricing, purchase order and contract information.

What we're looking for

- Previous experience in invoicing, accounts receivable or billing.

- Excellent attention to detail.

- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities.

- Confident communicating with operational staff and customers.

- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills.

- Some experience using accounting or job management software (Xero, MYOB, AroFlo, Simpro or similar) is highly regarded.

- Experience within construction, trades, facilities management or maintenance industries will be highly regarded.
