Job Summary

We are looking to appoint a dedicated and empathetic Customer Service / Sales Assistant to be a primary point of contact for our customers. You will play a crucial role in building positive relationships, resolving inquiries and issues efficiently. You are also required to assist in office and warehouse work or assignments.

Key Responsibilities

- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, social media, and potentially in-person.
- Provide information about products, services, policies, pricing, and promotions.
- Process orders, forms, applications, and requests accurately and efficiently.

Required Skills & Qualifications





- Diploma in Business or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Proven customer support experience (3+ years) in a hardware industry.
- Candidates must have Australian work rights to be eligible for this position.
- Exceptional Communication: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills. Clear, concise, and professional.
- Adaptability and Resilience: Comfortable working in a quick-paced environment and handling multiple tasks/channels simultaneously. Able to handle rejection or difficult interactions professionally.
- Accuracy and Attention to details: Meticulous in data entry, order processing, and following procedures.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using computers, standard office software (MS Office/Google Workspace).
- Positive Attitude & Teamwork: Collaborative spirit and a customer-eccentric mindset.
