About the Role
Working within the Hilton environment, you will be part of a professional housekeeping team responsible for delivering consistently high standards across guest rooms and public areas.
Your work directly impacts guest satisfaction—what you do matters, every shift.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and service guest rooms to Hilton brand standards
- Replenish linen, towels, and amenities with care and attention to detail
- Maintain well-stocked and organised housekeeping areas
- Identify and report maintenance issues promptly
- Complete deep cleaning tasks to maintain property presentation
- Support sustainability initiatives through correct waste handling
- Engage professionally with guests when required
- Work collaboratively with other departments to support hotel operations
What We’re Looking For
- A genuine pride in presentation and cleanliness
- Reliability, consistency, and strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Positive attitude and professional communication
- Physical capability to perform manual tasks
- Previous housekeeping or hotel experience (preferred, not essential)
