Qualifications & Experience

- Certificate III in Cabinet Making or relevant trade to the position.

- 4+ years experience in Cabinet Making or similar field (including apprenticeship).

- Possess a high level of competence in working with a range of construction methods, material & hardware, tools & machinery.

- Able to read and follow technical drawings and specs.

Tasks & Responsibilities

- Build and assemble cabinet frames, doors, drawers and components with care and accuracy.

- Work with a range of materials including board, veneer, and laminate.

- Fit off cabinetry and joinery to a high standard, including hardware and finishing touches.

- Check your own work as you go to make sure it matches specs and meets our standards.

- Sort out issues on the job as they come up — adjusting materials or process where needed.

- Keep your work area clean and tidy, and manage waste properly.

- Work alone and as part of a team to hit production schedules.

- Follow WHS procedures and company policy on site.

- Increase your skills to perform every aspect of our manufacturing process.

- Help lead and mentor a small team of trainees.
