Clancy Motors Bathurst are seeking a Skilled Candidate to fill our Ford Sales Manager Position.
This role will include:
- Physical presentation of vehicles and Showrooms.
- Attend to Franchise Reporting and ensuring vehicle/sales compliance received high levels of attention.
- Initiate new business to ensure sales targets are met or exceeded.
- Focus on staff training as required.
- Generate leads for both the F&I;, and aftersales teams.
About you:

Experience is not required!
You will ideally possess:
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Able and willing to achieve set Targets and Kpi's.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
- Demonstrate a proactive approach to tasks and a willingness to learn.
