Are you a qualified Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Technician or a motivated Apprentice looking to build a rewarding career with a premium company?

The Role

You will be responsible for:

- Installation, servicing, and maintenance of air conditioning and refrigeration systems
- Advanced fault finding, diagnostics, and repairs
- Preventative maintenance and system performance optimisation
- Maintaining exceptional safety, compliance, and quality standards
- Accurate completion of job reports and documentation
- Delivering outstanding customer service and professional representation of the company

You will work alongside experienced technicians while learning:





- Installation and commissioning of air conditioning systems
- Service and maintenance procedures
- Fault finding and repair techniquesIndustry best practices, safety, and compliance requirements
- Customer service and professional workplace skills

About You

- Certificate III in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration (or equivalent)
- Proven experience working on residential and/or commercial systems
- Strong technical knowledge and fault-finding skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Professional presentation and a strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and manage workloads efficiently
- Current manual driver's licence

- A genuine interest in the air conditioning and refrigeration industry
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Valuable communication skills and a positive attitude
- Reliability, punctuality, and attention to detail
- Driver's licence (preferred)
