Our client in Greendale is a trusted and respected egg grower and processor, committed to delivering sustainable value for shareholders, customers and stakeholders. We are currently seeking reliable, experienced, and safety-conscious Forklift Operator (LF Ticketed) to join our warehouse and production dispatch team in Greendale, NSW.

In this role, you will play a critical part in keeping supply chains moving—handling palletised egg products, loading/unloading transport trucks, and ensuring stock is staged safely for high-volume dispatch. This is a quick-paced environment where precision, spatial awareness, and a sharp eye for safety and fragile load management are key.

Pay Rate

- $34.35 p/h + Super + Required O/T
- Monday to Thursday 6.30am - 4.00pm

Key Responsibilities

- Forklift Operations: Safely operate Counterbalance and/or Reach forklifts to move palletised product across the warehouse and packing line areas.
- Loading & Unloading: Load and unload delivery trucks efficiently, ensuring loads are secured and weight is distributed properly.
- Materials & Pallet Handling: Transport packed egg cartons and crates on pallets to dispatch, cool rooms, or storage racks with extra care given to fragile loads.
- Inventory & Staging: Assist with stock movement, staging orders for dispatch, and maintaining accurate location tracking in the warehouse.
- Maintain Cleanliness & Safety: Adhere to strict food safety, hygiene, bio-security, and site traffic management standards. Conduct daily forklift pre-start checks.




- Teamwork: Work collaboratively with the production and warehouse teams to maintain steady workflow and meet dispatch deadlines safely.

What We Are Looking For

- Licence & Experience: Current Australian High Risk Work Licence (LF) with proven experience operating forklifts in a fast-paced warehouse or manufacturing environment.
- Precision & Care: Ability to manoeuvre loads smoothly and handle fragile freight safely without causing product damage.
- Physical Fitness & Stamina: Ability to perform manual handling tasks when required (up to 15kg) and conduct repetitive machinery operations comfortable.
- Reliability & Punctuality: A strong work ethic with a proven history of turning up on time for every scheduled shift.
- Communication & Safety First: Excellent communication skills, strict adherence to site traffic protocols, and the ability to follow safety instructions clearly.
- Transport: Reliable personal transport to get to our Greendale, NSW facility.
