Project Coordinator – High-End Residential

About the role/duties

Key responsibilities include:

- Coordinate project documentation, ensuring drawings, revisions and documentation are current and accurately distributed
- Manage document control including chasing consultant approvals, client sign-offs and updated architectural plans
- Review and coordinate shop drawings, tracking approvals and ensuring information is issued to site in a timely manner
- Assist the project team with construction programmes by following up outstanding actions and maintaining project schedules
- Coordinate procurement activities including ordering materials and tracking supplier deliveries
- Assist with tender administration, subcontractor pricing and procurement documentation
- Liaise with architects, consultants, suppliers, subcontractors and internal project teams to keep projects progressing
- Maintain accurate project records and provide administrative support throughout the construction lifecycle
- Work closely alongside the Director and project team to ensure projects remain organised, efficient and on programme

Skills & Experience

- Previous experience as a Project Coordinator, Office Manager,



Executive Assistant or Contracts Administrator within the construction industry
- High-end residential construction experience is essential
- Strong understanding of construction documentation, procurement and project coordination
- Experience managing document control, consultant coordination and project administration
- Ability to confidently review drawings and manage revision control
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong communication skills with the confidence to follow up consultants, subcontractors and stakeholders
- Proficient across Microsoft Office and confident learning construction management software
- Positive, proactive attitude with a willingness to take ownership and support a growing business
