What you will be required to do:
You’ll play a key role in supporting frontline service delivery within a busy and purpose-driven environment. This role is central to ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while delivering a high level of service to clients.
- Providing professional front-of-house and telephone customer service
- Managing client enquiries and acting as a key point of contact
- Coordinating referrals to internal and external service providers
- Supporting delivery of programs and workshops
- Performing data entry, record keeping, and maintaining accurate client files
- Assisting with financial administration (invoicing, procurement, tracking)
- Supporting reporting, compliance, and operational processes
- Liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders
To be successful in the role you will:
- Have experience in administration, customer service, or office support
- Demonstrate strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Be highly organised with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Show initiative and sound judgement in a fast-paced environment
- Have strong attention to detail and data accuracy
- Be comfortable working in a sensitive, client-focused setting
