The Role

What you’ll be doing:
Supporting clients aged 0–65 with diverse needs in community settings
Conducting assessments and delivering functional, evidence-based interventions
Using (and learning!) psychometric and screening tools
Helping clients build independence and quality of life
Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team that’s got your back
Mentoring (if that’s your jam) and growing your own skills
Bringing your ideas to the table—we’re boutique, flexible, and open to shaping your role around YOU
What You’ll Need
Bachelor or Master of Occupational Therapy
AHPRA registration
Driver’s licence and registered vehicle
Passion for paediatrics and neurodiversity-affirming practice
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Work-from-home planning days + community-based delivery
