The Chance
We are excited to offer a full-time opportunity for a talented designer to join our well-established, close-knit team in our Salisbury showroom. The position includes a shared roster for Saturday mornings from 8:30 AM to 12:00 PM. If you’re passionate about design and looking to grow within a supportive team, we’d love to hear from you.
Main Responsibilities:
- Guide clients through the entire design process, From initial concept development to spatial planning and colour consultations, all within our showroom.
- Site Measures - Own mode of transport is required.
- Working effectively as a team to achieve monthly sales targets.
- Maintain a professional manner and polished presentation.
- Demonstrate remarkable design creativity, a keen eye for colour, and an exceptional level of attention to detail.
- Experience using CAD based design software.
- The ability to multi-task efficiently and effectively.
- Clear communication skills both written and verbal.
- Ability to work autonomously with a strong problem-solving attitude
- Be willing to learn product knowledge and keep up to date with industry trends.
- Understanding of measuring and conceptual planning.
