Better Connected Community Services is seeking a motivated and organised Junior Rostering Officer to join our team in a Permanent Part-Time Afternoon Position.
Working closely alongside our Rostering Officer, you will play an important role in coordinating client services and support worker schedules across our community care programs. Key Responsibilities
- Assist with creating and updating staff rosters.
- Communicate roster changes with clients and support workers.
- Coordinate shift replacements and staff availability.
- Maintain accurate records in rostering and CRM systems.
- Provide administrative support to the rostering team.
- Ensure confidentiality and compliance with organisational procedures.
About You
- Previous experience in administration, customer service, scheduling, or a similar role.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and computer systems.
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment and manage competing priorities.
- Experience in aged care, disability, community services, or healthcare.
- Exposure to rostering or workforce scheduling systems.
Pay Rates
We pay under the Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Services Award [MA000100] – Home Care, with hourly rates ranging from $32 to $39 per hour, depending on your classification, experience, and qualifications.
