We are seeking an experienced and commercially minded Group Financial Controller to lead our global finance function. This is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing financial operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, driving financial performance, and leading a finance team across multiple jurisdictions.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in financial legislation and compliance and will be confident managing complex international financial environments. A critical aspect of this role is the oversight of transfer pricing and intercompany transactions, ensuring they are managed accurately, comply with applicable tax and accounting regulations, and align with the Group's global transfer pricing policies.

Group Financial Controller
Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and commercially minded Group Financial Controller to lead our global finance function. This is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing financial operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, driving financial performance, and leading a finance team across multiple jurisdictions.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in financial legislation and compliance and will be confident managing complex international financial environments. A critical aspect of this role is the oversight of transfer pricing and intercompany transactions, ensuring they are managed accurately, comply with applicable tax and accounting regulations, and align with the Group's global transfer pricing policies.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the Group Finance team, providing strong leadership, mentoring, and performance management.

- Take full ownership of the group's financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.





- Ensure timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

- Maintain strong internal controls, governance, and financial policies across all business entities.

- Ensure compliance with all relevant financial legislation, accounting standards, taxation requirements, and regulatory obligations.

- Lead the governance, accounting, reconciliation, and settlement of intercompany transactions across all Group entities, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.

- Oversee the Group's transfer pricing framework, ensuring compliance with applicable transfer pricing regulations, documentation requirements, and tax legislation across all jurisdictions in which the Group operates.

- Tax Planning

- Work closely with executive leadership to provide strategic financial insights and support business growth initiatives.

- Manage external audits and banking relationships.

- Identify opportunities to improve financial systems, processes, and operational efficiencies.

- Oversee risk management and ensure compliance across multiple international jurisdictions.

- Support mergers, acquisitions, and corporate restructuring activities where required.

Essential Skills & Experience

- CPA, CA, ACCA or equivalent accounting qualification.

- Significant experience in a Group Financial Controller or senior finance leadership role.

- Demonstrated experience managing and leading finance teams.





- Strong working knowledge of financial legislation, taxation, and regulatory compliance. Experience in both the United States and India is preferred.

- Experience operating within multinational or multi-entity organisations.

- Demonstrated experience managing transfer pricing and complex intercompany transactions within a multinational group, including reconciliation, documentation, and regulatory compliance.

- Strong technical accounting knowledge.

- Proven ability to develop financial strategies and influence executive decision-making.

- Excellent analytical, commercial, and problem-solving skills.

- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.

- Experience implementing financial systems and process improvements is highly desirable.
