About the Role
We’re recruiting for full-time Exercise Physiologists for our Club Active in Warana. In this role, you’ll work closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver outstanding clinical care, run group coaching classes, and help foster a strong sense of community within the club.
You will:
- Complete assessments and deliver tailored exercise prescriptions
- Support clients with chronic disease management, musculoskeletal rehab, and longevity goals
- Build meaningful connections with members to support long-term adherence and outcomes
- Work collaboratively with physiotherapists, dietitians, and other health professionals
- Contribute to a culture focused on results, engagement, and community

What We’re Looking For:
- ESSA-accredited Exercise Physiologist
- Experience working in a gym or allied health setting preferred
- Confident with both individualised exercise prescription and group-based delivery
- Solid interpersonal and communication skills
- A positive, professional attitude that adds value to both the team and member experience
- Passion for working with the over-50s and promoting preventative health
