The role

We're currently seeking 30 enthusiastic Inbound Customer Service Consultants to join a busy and dynamic contact centre based in Granville.

In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, assisting with wagering enquiries, account support, and a range of general customer service requests. You'll provide outstanding service to both new and existing customers while working in a fast-paced, customer focused workplace.

This is an exciting opportunity to join one of Australia's leading betting organisations. You'll receive comprehensive training, combining structured classroom learning with interactive, on-the-floor coaching, giving you all the tools you need to succeed from day one.

What's On Offer

Start Date: Monday 17th August 2026

Location: Based in the Granville Contact Centre, just a 2-minute walk from Clyde train station and a 5-minute stroll from Granville train station. Free parking is also available.

Shifts: Rotating roster between 7:00am and 10:15pm, Monday to Saturday.

Please note

- Availability to work every Saturday is essential.




- You will also be required to work on Melbourne Cup Day and Oaks Day.
- These requirements are non-negotiable.
- This is a casual role working onsite at the Granville office on a rotating roster.

Training: 4 weeks of full-time training will be provided Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm, with a combination of classroom-based learning and practical on-the-floor coaching.

What We're Looking For

- Previous customer service experience in a retail or contact centre environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- A positive attitude with resilience and a strong work ethic
- Confidence using multiple computer systems simultaneously
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- A passion for sports is a bonus, but not essential!
