H2H Physiotherapy is a private practice in Bella Vista built on a patient-first philosophy. We go out of our way for our patients - booking in scans, following up personally, and treating every person who walks through our door as more than just a booking. Established in 2020 and specialising in musculoskeletal and post-operative rehabilitation, we've built strong referral relationships with local GPs, orthopaedic surgeons, elite sporting teams, and local schools. The clinic has great energy; sport on the TV, plenty of banter, and a team that genuinely enjoys spending time together in and out of the clinic.

THE ROLE

We're looking for an experienced Physiotherapy Receptionist to be the heartbeat of our front desk. You'll be the first face our patients see and the person keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes - managing appointments, handling billing, and making sure every patient feels genuinely looked after from the moment they walk in.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

Managing front desk operations - patient check-in, appointment scheduling, and phone enquiries

Processing billing across Medicare, WorkCover, CTP, NDIS, & private health insurance

Coordinating referrals & helping liaising with GPs, specialists, and insurers

Supporting the clinical team with day-to-day administrative needs

Help keep the clinic running smoothly, organised, & welcoming at all times

ABOUT YOU

4+ years experience in physiotherapy or allied health reception

Confident with Medicare, WorkCover, CTP, and private health insurance billing

Experienced with practice management software (Cliniko, Nookal, or similar)

Highly organised, calm under pressure, & able to juggle a sometimes busy front desk

A warm, professional manner with patients - you genuinely enjoy working with people

A reliable team player who takes pride in doing things properly
