All Grind&Coat; is a concrete grinding, polishing, and commercial epoxy/coating specialist based in Mareeba, servicing the Atherton Tablelands and Cairns region. We’re a small, hands‑on crew (4–5 tradesmen plus the owner on the tools) delivering high‑end polished concrete floors, epoxy systems, and coating work on residential and commercial projects across Far North Queensland.

About the Role

We’re growing and looking to add to the team — open to candidates at different stages of their trade, from someone keen to learn the ropes through to an experienced operator who can run a job with minimal supervision. If you’ve got the right attitude and work ethic, we’ll match the role and pay to your experience.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Operating floor grinders, polishers,



and edge equipment on concrete surfaces
- Working through grinding/polishing sequences (grit stages) to achieve honed or high‑gloss finishes
- Prepping surfaces for epoxy and coating application
- Site setup, dust/slurry management, and general site presentation
- For more experienced applicants: running jobs day‑to‑day, quality control, and mentoring junior crew

What We’re Looking For

Entry‑level / labourer:

- Physically fit, reliable, positive attitude, willing to learn
- Construction/trade site experience highly regarded but not essential
