12 month Contract Opportunity | Brisbane CBD | Hybrid Working
We are seeking an experienced Delivery Lead to play a key role in a major HR transformation program for a large Queensland organisation. This program will deliver a new enterprise HR platform and associated people processes, replacing a legacy environment and modernising how HR services are delivered across the business.
This is an prospect to join the program during a critical phase, supporting procurement, planning and establishment activities before leading delivery coordination across multiple workstreams as the program progresses into implementation.
The Role
Working closely with the Project Manager, you will act as a trusted delivery partner, helping to establish the program's operating model, governance structures and delivery cadence. You will be responsible for coordinating activities across multiple workstreams, managing risks and dependencies, and ensuring stakeholders remain aligned throughout the transformation journey.
Key responsibilities include:
- Establishing delivery frameworks, governance processes and team operating cadence.
- Implementing and managing delivery tools including Jira and Confluence.
- Coordinating planning and delivery across multiple project workstreams.
- Driving stakeholder engagement and facilitating collaboration across business and technical teams.
- Supporting procurement, business case development and implementation planning activities.
What We're Looking For
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:
- Proven experience as a Delivery Lead, Iteration Manager or Agile Project Manager within complex transformation programs.
- Experience establishing project delivery structures, governance frameworks and agile delivery practices.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills, with the ability to influence across multiple business areas.
- Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments and build delivery capability from the ground up.
- Experience delivering HR, HRIS, payroll or people systems transformation programs will be highly regarded.
