Based in our Seven Hills office, this role is all about making sure every Grace customer has a smooth, positive experience from start to finish.

As the primary point of contact for service monitoring and feedback, you'll play a key role in maintaining our reputation for quality and care.

Day to Day

- Introduce yourself as the primary point of contact for customers ahead of their delivery
- Proactively check in with all delivery clients across regional Sydney to gather feedback and ensure a positive experience
- Monitor service delivery outcomes to ensure commitments and client requirements are met
- Liaise with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues and coordinate outcomesTroubleshoot and resolve customer issues,



escalating where needed
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and outcomes

- Highly organised with the ability to work under pressure and meet service delivery targets
