Job Title: Commercial Plumbing Foreman

Job Description: As a Commercial Plumbing Foreman, you will oversee and manage plumbing projects from start to finish at a site level, ensuring they are completed safely, on time and to the highest standards. You will lead a team of plumbers, coordinate with other trades, and maintain a safe and efficient work workplace whilst collaborating with a Denam project manager.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and aid in completing commercial plumbing projects, including but not limited to, multi residential high-rise buildings, civil infrastructure, and fire hydrant systems.
- Lead and direct a team of plumbers,



providing guidance and hands on support.
- Read and interpret drawings, specifications, and building codes.
- Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and industry standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
- Troubleshoot and resolve plumbing issues promptly and effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
- Ensure quality control and adhere to project timelines.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a commercial plumbing foreman.
- Strong knowledge of sanitary/water/fire plumbing systems, civil drainage, materials, and equipment.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Be proficient in the use of an ipad with project management software, microsoft office and dropbox/onedrive etc.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Valid Construction White Card.
- QLD Gas fitter license (highly desirable but not mandatory).
- Excavation license (highly desirable but not mandatory).
