We're looking for a friendly, organised and motivated Customer Experience & Sales Consultant to join our growing team full-time at our Wetherill Park office.

This is an exciting and varied role where you'll communicate with clients via phone, email, live chat, social media and one-on-one consultations. You'll work closely with our marketing team, responding to new enquiries, qualifying leads and converting them into appointments and sales.

About the Role

As one of the first points of contact for Diamond Gallery Co, you'll play an important role in creating an exceptional customer experience from the first enquiry through to the delivery of each client's custom jewellery.

You’ll manage your own client orders, guide customers through the custom jewellery process and work closely with our marketing, design and production teams to ensure every order runs smoothly. Throughout the journey, you'll keep clients informed, answer their questions and help create an exciting and memorable experience while their jewellery is being handcrafted.

Key Responsibilities

- Respond to client enquiries via phone, email, live chat and social media

- Conduct in-person and virtual jewellery consultations

- Qualify new enquiries and convert them into appointments and sales

- Prepare personalised quotations and follow up with prospective clients

- Manage your own client orders from consultation through to delivery

- Coordinate design approvals, production updates and delivery timeframes





- Work closely with our jewellery production team to ensure orders remain on schedule

- Keep clients informed throughout the manufacturing process

- Assist with aftercare enquiries, including resizing, repairs and warranty matters

- Work closely with the marketing team to manage incoming enquiries from advertising campaigns

- Support general administration and day-to-day business operations

- Deliver an exceptional customer experience that creates lifelong clients and referrals

About You

We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys helping people and building relationships. You're organised, proactive and confident communicating with clients over the phone, via email and in person.

Ideally, you'll have:

- 1-2 years' experience in customer service, sales, retail, hospitality or a similar client-focused role

- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

- A professional, friendly and positive attitude

- Solid organisation and attention to detail

- The ability to manage multiple tasks in a rapid-paced environment

- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service

Jewellery experience is not essential. We provide comprehensive training in diamonds, gemstones and our custom jewellery process.
