What you'll be doing

- Help children, young people and families build the confidence, skills and routines they need to create positive, lasting change.
- Build trusted relationships that empower families to identify their strengths and achieve the goals that matter most to them.
- Work alongside Child Safety, schools and community partners to deliver coordinated support that keeps children safe and connected to their communities.
- Connect families with practical supports, services and opportunities that strengthen wellbeing, independence and resilience.
- Make a genuine difference every day through thoughtful, evidence-informed practice that creates meaningful outcomes.

You're the right person if...

- Genuine commitment to supporting children, young people, and families
- Solid ability to engage with people using a respectful, strengths-based approach
- Current driver’s licence and willingness to travel locally




- Working with Children Blue Card and NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
- First Aid and CPR (current or willing to obtain)
- Certificate IV, Diploma, or Bachelor qualification (completed or in progress) in Community Services, Youth Work, Social Work, or a related field
