Data Processing Officer

About The Role

As a member of the Grace Records Management team, you will be providing hands on support on a daily basis to ensure our client contractual obligations are met, working onsite with a major client 38 hours per week at Ashmore.

- Prepare physical documentation for distribution.
- Scanning of documents on high-speed scanning stations, wide format and flatbed scanners
- Processing of incoming and outgoing mail
- Internal rounds for client
- Operating a car to deliver items around the Gold Coast
- Highlight any issues to management
- Complete all necessary paperwork accurately and in line with procedures

About You

To be considered for this role, you will have the following:

- Proven ability to meet deadlines while maintaining high data accuracy and compliance with quality benchmarks
- Proficient in data entry, validation, and quality control using specialised or proprietary software systems
- Skilled in interpreting and executing detailed technical instructions with minimal supervision
- Capable of identifying, troubleshooting,



and resolving data inconsistencies or processing errors in real time
- Strong collaborator with cross-functional teams to support seamless workflow integration and operational efficiency
