We’re Hiring: Operations Analyst Employment Type: Full-Time Level: Entry-Level to Mid-Level

- Analyze operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Develop reports, dashboards, and performance metrics to support business decision-making.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency.
- Conduct root cause analysis and recommend solutions to operational challenges.
- Support business process improvement and operational excellence initiatives.
- Assist in forecasting, resource planning, and capacity analysis.
- Prepare business reports, presentations, and operational documentation.
- Ensure data accuracy and maintain operational databases and reporting systems.
- Participate in project implementation, process automation, and system enhancement initiatives.
- Identify operational risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
- Perform other ad hoc operational analysis and business support duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field.




- Experience in operations analysis, business analysis, process improvement, consulting, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI or Tableau) and ERP systems is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a rapid-paced environment.
- Ability to analyze large datasets and translate findings into actionable business recommendations.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and committed to continuous improvement.
- Fluency in English; additional language proficiency is an advantage.
