PLS is seeking a Leading Hand Process Operator to coordinate daily tasks with the processing plant and supervise a team of process operators. This Level 5 role acts as second in charge to the Processing Shift Supervisor, ensuring procedures are followed and safety is prioritised.
Reporting to the Shift Supervisor, you will train and develop the processing team, manage shifting priorities, and liaise on workforce scheduling to meet demand.
