RecruitShop seeks a Site Leading Hand to oversee daily operations on our job sites in NSW. You will lead tradespeople, enforce safety standards and ensure productive use of resources to deliver high-quality work queue.
The successful candidate will have a strong trade background with supervisory experience, excellent communication and leadership skills, and a valid Class 2 licence (preferred). Local travel and reliability are essential for this role.
