About the Role:

We are currently seeking a Sales Manager to join our successful team to effectively oversee the NSW Sales team in a professional and supportive manner to maximise the sales results and drive growth for the Company. As well as provide a high level of leadership and service to internal staff and external customers, in line with Coral Homes goals and objectives.

Coral Homes has a track record of creating some of the most successful sales professionals in the industry and boast a number of 5,10 and 15yr plus team members.

To be successful in this role, you must be proactive, highly organised with a focus on attention to detail and commitment to ensuring exceptional service standards are maintained. We will provide all the tools for success; the rest is up to you.

Skills & Experience

- Strong networker with developers & land sales teams
- Technical knowledge of residential codes & site specific building requirements
- A background in the Residential Construction industry
- Ability to maintain a consistent and very high standard of work at all times
- Demonstrate honesty and integrity – promote positive working relationships
- Advanced level in Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, Outlook and data programmes
- Strong selling skillset + ability to train others
