About You
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a management role within hospitality
- Confident leading from the floor during busy service periods, including nights and weekends
- Strong stock control experience, including stocktakes and investigating stock variances
- Excellent leadership, communication and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to build solid relationships and work collaboratively with the wider team
- Experience managing multiple operational priorities in a fast‑paced venue
