The District Nurses is seeking compassionate Community Support Workers who live locally to support clients at home in Tasmania, with minimal travel and opportunities to engage, assist with daily tasks, and promote independence.

You will work with clients across George Town, Launceston and surrounding suburbs, attending brief training sessions at the Launceston office and contributing to a vibrant, community-oriented not-for-profit service.
