Catholic Early EdCare is searching for enthusiastic, reliable, and flexible Casual Pool Educators to join our LDC, Kindy, and OSHC teams across the Sunshine Coast region. This role gives you the freedom to choose from available shifts each week across our services in:

Bli Bli | Childers | Eli Waters | Gympie | Maryborough | Nambour | Sippy Downs | Sunshine Beach | Torquay

Whether you're managing a busy lifestyle, juggling study, or simply want work that fits around your schedule, this role puts you in control. With more than 136 services across Queensland, you'll have the opportunity to maximise your hours, gain hands-on experience across a variety of settings, and be part of a supportive, welcoming team wherever you work.

A Day in the Life of a Casual Pool Educator...

- Welcome and support children as they transition into our engaging environments
- Create safe, inclusive spaces where every child feels they belong
- Design fun, engaging recreational and educational experiences for children
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and fellow educators
- Work collaboratively within established teams to ensure the best outcomes for children and families
- Bring energy, enthusiasm, and creativity to every shift

Job Requirements:

- Hold a current Queensland Blue Card (Working with Children Check)




- Current driver's licence and access to reliable transport
- Currently hold or studying towards a Children's Services qualification or equivalent as per ACECQA guidelines (desirable but not essential)
- Availability to work a minimum of 2 after school care sessions per week
- Willingness to complete child protection training as required
- Effective communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
