What you'll do

- Lead and develop a team of operations supervisors and associates, creating a positive and collaborative atmosphere.
- Oversee inventory management to maintain optimal stock levels and prevent shortages or excesses.
- Ensure order accuracy and timeliness, enhancing the overall customer experience.
- Maintain high standards of customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Manage the financial performance of the MFC, including full P&L; responsibility.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations, conducting regular safety inspections.
- Analyze key performance indicators related to order fulfilment and team productivity, implementing action plans to achieve performance goals.

Requirements

- At least 3 years of managerial experience in retail, hospitality,



warehousing, or logistics.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic workplace with excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong focus on processes, with experience in operational excellence and compliance.
- Proficient in data analytics and tools to drive continuous operational improvements.
- Willingness to travel as needed for job responsibilities.
- Availability to work weekends and late nights.
- Must be able to work full-time on-site at the Cambridge MFC, CB1 3EW.
