Assistant Store Manager - Elite Supplements Sunshine Coast - Now Hiring for Two Locations!

We're currently looking for passionate Assistant Store Managers to join our teams at both our Maroochydore and Kawana stores on the Sunshine Coast.

Permanent Part-Time | 25-30 hours per week

Regular, consistent hours across weekdays, weekends and late-night trading.

THE ROLE

As an Assistant Store Manager, you'll work alongside the Store Manager to ensure the store delivers an exceptional customer experience every day.

You'll be responsible for:

- Supporting the Store Manager in the day-to-day operation of the store
- Leading by example on the sales floor and helping the team achieve sales targets and KPIs
- Delivering exceptional customer service and creating an outstanding in-store experience
- Maintaining high standards of visual merchandising, cleanliness and store presentation
- Executing promotions, displays, sampling activities and social media initiatives
- Coaching, motivating and supporting team members through daily leadership




- Assisting with inventory management, stock control and operational processes
- Helping create a positive, energetic team culture where everyone can succeed

This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll spend most of your time on the shop floor, coaching the team, serving customers and ensuring the store operates to Elite's high standards.

ABOUT YOU

We're looking for someone who:

- Has at least 1 year of retail leadership or sales experience (Assistant Manager, Supervisor or Keyholder experience is highly regarded)
- Leads by example and enjoys motivating and developing others
- Thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused retail environment
- Is driven by achieving sales targets and KPIs
- Has excellent communication and organisational skills
- Takes pride in maintaining high store standards
- Has a genuine passion for health, fitness and supplementation
- Is available to work weekends and flexible shifts
