Established in 1959, Stoddart has been synonymous with stainless steel, steel and aluminium metal fabrication for over 60years. We operate out of a state-of the-art facility in the southern suburbs of Brisbane, with an additional network of sales offices and warehouses in Sydney, Melbourne and Perth. Throughout its evolution, Stoddart has proudly continued to remain a 100% Australian-owned family business.

This role is structured as a graduate development position, with the expectation that capability will be built over time across both ICT Operations and Business Systems. In addition to core support responsibilities, the role will progressively be exposed to business systems, data, reporting, and process improvement activities aligned to the needs of the organisation.

More specifically your duties will include the following:

- Undertake fault finding
- Undertake fault fixing
- Initiate hardware replacement process
- Rebuild desktop hardware/mobile devices




- Install current desktop hardware and software/mobile

In determining suitability for the role, the following criteria are considered essential:

- Tertiary qualifications in information technology
- Intermediate knowledge of relevant desktop hardware
- Skilled at undertaking minor desktop hardware repairs, builds and configuration
- Skilled at troubleshooting and configuring mobile/desk phone devices
- Intermediate level of programming
- Ability to differentiate between core tasks, other level 1 tasks, and higher-level tasks
- Ability to action non-core tasks using appropriate time management
- Ability to refer higher-level tasks to the correct role
- Ability to make repair or replace determinations
