Help us build Australia's favourite baby bag brand.

LuxeLittleOne is one of Australia's fastest-growing baby brands, designing premium baby bags and accessories that make life easier for parents.

We're looking for an experienced, creative and organised Content & Social Media Manager who lives and breathes social media. This isn't a role where you'll simply schedule posts. You'll be helping shape the voice of our brand, create scroll-stopping content and grow a passionate community of parents.

If you're someone who gets excited by viral content, understands what makes people stop scrolling, and wants to work alongside a founder who loves trying new ideas, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Be Doing

No two days are the same, but your role will include:

- Planning and executing our social media strategy across Instagram, Facebook and TikTok.

- Creating engaging photo and video content.

- Filming and editing Reels, TikToks and short-form videos.

- Writing captions, ad copy and email marketing content.

- Planning monthly content calendars.

- Working closely with the founder to brainstorm creative campaigns and product launches.

- Managing our online community by responding to comments and messages.

- Keeping up with trends, viral sounds and new social media features.

- Organising and assisting with product photoshoots and content days.

- Helping coordinate influencer and UGC collaborations.





- Analysing performance and recommending current ideas based on results.

- Supporting Meta advertising with creative assets and concepts.

We're Looking For Someone Who

- Has experience managing social media for a brand or business.

- Loves creating content and is confident in front of and behind the camera.

- Can shoot and edit high-quality short-form video.

- Understands Instagram, TikTok and Facebook algorithms.

- Has excellent copywriting skills.

- Is organised and can manage multiple projects.

- Can work independently and bring fresh ideas to the table.

- Has a strong eye for branding, aesthetics and storytelling.

- Isn't afraid to jump in and help wherever needed.

Bonus Points If You Have

- Experience using Shopify.

- Experience with Meta Ads Manager.

- Experience using Canva, CapCut or Adobe Creative Suite.

- Photography or videography skills.

- Experience working with influencers or UGC creators.

- Experience in eCommerce or retail.

The Details

- Casual position (approximately 12-20 hours per week).

- Onsite at our Geebung warehouse (Brisbane).

- Some flexibility with hours for the right candidate.

- Immediate start available.
