Join a growing organisation where your ideas and contributions are valued.
Ongoing professional development and opportunities to grow your career.
Annual two-day team conference and regular team connection activities.

Work in a beautiful clinic environment, with our snack bar and coffee machine on us!

- Working collaboratively with clinicians and fellow Client Care Team members to keep the clinic running smoothly.
- Problem-solving scheduling and client service challenges with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
- Contributing ideas to improve systems, efficiency and the overall client experience.
- Adapting confidently in a rapid-paced, growing environment where priorities may evolve.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in reception, medical administration, allied health administration, or another client-facing administrative role.
- Strong organisation and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Excellent communication skills and a genuine focus on customer service.
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and confidence working in a changing environment.
- Confidence using technology and learning new systems (experience with Microsoft Office, Nookal or ClickUp is highly regarded).
- A desire to build a long-term career and contribute to a positive team culture.
Requirements
- Current Positive Notice Blue Card for Child-Related Employment (or willingness to obtain).
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Card (or willingness to obtain).
If you are passionate about helping people, enjoy working as part of a supportive team, and are excited to grow with a business that values its people, we encourage you to apply.
