Key Responsibilities

- Plan, prepare, and execute menus that reflect seasonal ingredients and customer preferences
- Ensure consistent food quality, presentation, and portion control
- Manage daily kitchen operations, including food prep, cooking, and plating
- Oversee inventory, ordering, and cost control to minimize waste




- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
- Train, mentor, and supervise kitchen staff as needed
- Collaborate with management on menu development and special events
- Adapt recipes and accommodate dietary restrictions or special requests

Requirements

- Proven experience as a Chef, Sous Chef, or similar role
- Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, food safety, and kitchen management
- Creativity and passion for food with an eye for detail
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership and teamwork abilities
- Culinary degree or relevant certification (preferred but not required)
