Eden Retreat is looking for a reliable and hardworking Kitchen Hand to join our Food & Nutrition team in the beautiful Currumbin Valley.
This role would suit someone looking for flexible hours, a second job, or extra shifts throughout the week.
You'll work alongside a friendly team helping keep our kitchen running smoothly while enjoying one of the most beautiful workplaces on the Gold Coast.

About the Role
This is a casual position with shifts available Monday to Sunday, generally between:
- 10:00am – 3:00pm
- 3:00pm – 8:00pm
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Washing dishes and keeping the kitchen organised
- Cleaning the kitchen and food preparation areas
- Cleaning and resetting the dining room and front of house
- Assisting the chefs with basic food preparation when required
- Helping maintain a clean, safe and organised workplace
- General kitchen duties as required
No two days are the same, and you'll be an important part of keeping our kitchen running efficiently.
About You
We're looking for someone who:
- Has a positive attitude and enjoys working as part of a team
- Is reliable and takes pride in their work
- Doesn't mind getting stuck in and working in a rapid‑paced environment
- Can follow direction and work efficiently
- Is available to work a mix of weekdays and weekends
- Previous kitchen or hospitality experience is great, but not essential—we're happy to train the right person.
