We’re looking for an experienced Store Manager to lead from the front, drive performance, and build a strong, engaged team. This role is about owning your store, creating an environment that feels energetic, expressive, and true to the brand, while delivering results.
What you’ll be doing
- Lead, coach, and develop your team to perform at their best
- Set the tone in-store, driving energy, service, and presentation standards
- Represent the brand authentically and inspire customers through style and product knowledge
- Create a store experience that keeps customers coming back
- Build strong relationships and grow a loyal base of regular customers
- Own store performance, driving sales, hitting targets, and identifying opportunities for growth
- Maintain a store environment that’s sharp, engaging, and unmistakably Dangerfield
