What impact will you have in this position?

Working across multiple strategic projects, you will be responsible for leading data migration activities between core business systems, including TechnologyOne, ServiceNow, Sage, Microsoft 365 and future business platforms. You will profile, cleanse, map and migrate critical organisational data, ensuring information remains accurate, secure and aligned with Evolve’s Data & Information Framework.

Partnering closely with business stakeholders, ICT teams, project managers and external vendors, you will bridge the gap between business and technology, translating requirements into practical migration solutions and helping ensure successful system implementations across the organisation.

What you’ll be responsible for?

Lead data migration activities across major enterprise projects, including TechnologyOne, ServiceNow, Sage, Microsoft 365 and future organisational systems.

Profile, cleanse, analyse and map data between systems, ensuring high levels of data quality, integrity and consistency.

Develop migration plans, testing strategies, validation processes and reconciliation activities to support successful system implementations.

Work closely with business stakeholders to understand data structures, business processes and operational requirements.

Collaborate with ICT teams, vendors and developers to identify data gaps, mapping requirements and migration risks, and support the resolution of complex issues.

Ensure migrated information aligns with Evolve’s Data & Information Framework, including metadata standards, information classification, sensitivity labelling and retention requirements.





Support ongoing improvements in data quality, information management and organisational reporting capabilities.

Facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions to gather requirements, validate migration outcomes and support successful business adoption.

What you’ll bring

Degree,



Graduate Certificate or equivalent experience in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Management or a related discipline.

Demonstrated experience delivering data migration, data transformation or enterprise system implementation projects.

Minimum 3 years’ experience in a data analyst, information management, business analyst or data migration role.

Experience profiling, cleansing, mapping, validating and reconciling data across multiple systems.

Experience working with enterprise platforms such as Microsoft 365, TechnologyOne, ServiceNow, ERP, Finance or HRIS systems.

Strong stakeholder engagement and consulting skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.

Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications and communicate technical concepts in clear, practical language.

Experience working with data and reporting technologies such as Microsoft Fabric, Power BI or similar platforms.

Strong SQL skills for data analysis, validation and reconciliation.

Understanding of data quality, metadata management, information classification, privacy, security and retention principles.

Experience with Microsoft Purview or similar information governance technologies will be highly regarded.

Willingness to complete a National Criminal Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check.
