La Piazza at Bankstown Sports Club in NSW is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to lead daily service on the floor and support the Restaurant Manager.

You will drive service excellence in a quick-paced, high-volume venue, manage guest experiences from bookings to service, and collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to deliver outstanding outcomes. The role requires hands-on leadership, 2–3 years’ experience, and RSA/RCG compliance.
