This is a high-impact role suited to a senior engineer who enjoys delivering end-to-end projects, shaping technical environments, and contributing to a more proactive, automated service model.

You’ll play a key role in delivering complex infrastructure and cloud projects across a diverse client base, while also acting as a senior escalation point and mentor within the team.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead deployments across networking, cloud, and modern workplace technologies
- Own technical outcomes—ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to a high standard
- Act as an escalation point for complex technical issues and major incidents
- Drive continuous improvement across automation, monitoring, and process optimisation
- Collaborate with Project Managers, vendors, and internal teams to deliver strong client outcomes
- Mentor and uplift capability across L1–L3 engineers

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver end-to-end ICT infrastructure projects across multiple client environments
- Lead deployments across networking, cloud, and modern workplace technologies
- Own technical outcomes—ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to a high standard
- Act as an escalation point for complex technical issues and major incidents
- Drive continuous improvement across automation, monitoring, and process optimisation
- Collaborate with Project Managers, vendors, and internal teams to deliver strong client outcomes
- Mentor and uplift capability across L1–L3 engineers

Technical Environment

Strong emphasis on networking with solid cloud and server capability, including:

- Networking: Fortinet (FortiGate / FortiStack), Cisco Meraki, Ubiquiti (Unifi)
- Microsoft Stack: Azure, M365, Exchange, SharePoint
- Exposure to contemporary infrastructure, security frameworks, and hybrid cloud environments

What We’re Looking For

- Proven experience delivering infrastructure or cloud projects within an MSP or enterprise environment




- Strong Fortinet and networking capability (highly regarded)
- Deep experience across Microsoft cloud technologies (Azure, M365, identity, modern workplace)
- Ability to operate in a fast-moving, evolving business
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
- A mindset focused on scalability, process improvement, and best practice
