Beckons is seeking a hands-on Housekeeping Supervisor to lead the team at Silky Oaks Lodge in the Daintree. You will oversee guest suites and public areas, uphold luxury standards and drive a culture of excellence.
You'll manage rosters, train staff, conduct inspections, and collaborate with Front Office and Maintenance to ensure seamless service. A minimum of three years in a supervisory role at a luxury property is required.
