As a Development Manager, you will take charge of end-to-end project delivery, ensuring the successful execution of property developments that align with the company's strategic goals. Duties:

- Lead the development lifecycle, from feasibility studies through to project delivery and handover
- Conduct detailed site acquisition assessments and manage due diligence processes
- Oversee planning, approvals and compliance to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including consultants, contractors and local authorities.
- Manage project budgets, timelines and risks, ensuring high-quality outcomes are achieved on time and within budget
