The Role

You’llsupport NDIS participants aged6–65 yearsacross a varied community caseload, including:

- Neurological conditions
- Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
- Psychosocial disability

This is acommunity-based role, delivering functional, participant-led therapy across homes, day centres,parksand clinic spaces.You’ll:

- Complete meaningful assessments and design practical therapy plans
- Build long-term relationships and see real progress
- Work closely with a supportive multidisciplinary team

- Agraduate-specific induction week(NDIS, community practice & life at Better Rehab)
- 1:1 discipline-specific supervision
- 6 months of structured induction,trainingand upskilling

Qualifications

- Occupational Therapy qualification (graduating in 2026 or January 2027)
- Passion for supporting people with disability
- Driver’s licence and own vehicle
- NDIS Worker Screening, Working With Children Check and Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
