About the opportunity
Based in Brisbane and reporting to the Project Marketing Manager, this role plays a key part in supporting the broader marketing and sales function. You’ll be responsible for coordinating marketing collateral, maintaining online listings, and providing essential marketing administration support. Key responsibilities
- Coordinate photography and videography for property listings to ensure high-quality marketing content.
- Work with external agencies to update CGI, floorplans, and other marketing assets.
- Assist with the creation and installation of estate signage.
- Support the development, printing, and distribution of sales collateral, ensuring all materials are accurate and current.
- Assist with the coordination and delivery of events.
- Upload, maintain, and update online property listings, ensuring content is engaging and up to date.
- Monitor listing performance and provide reporting, insights, and recommendations for improvement.
- Ensure POS materials and sales office signage are aligned with brand standards and regularly updated.
- Raise purchase orders and process invoice payments for marketing-related activities.
- Assist with project marketing financial reporting.
About you
To succeed in this role, you will be a highly organised and detail-oriented marketing professional with experience supporting marketing activities such as collateral coordination, online listings, event support, and signage. Current or prior experience working in the property sector is a must. You will bring strong communication skills, confidence working with internal stakeholders and external suppliers, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a energetic environment. The ideal candidate will be degree qualified in marketing, business, or a related discipline.
